My Deros 625 has been pulsing when I put it under load. I think it might be an issue with the controller or the motor wiring. Does anyone have a simple diagram or info about the internal components?

I don't think you'll find a simple diagram for this. The motor controller in a Deros 625 is a complex, sealed, proprietary unit.
The pulsing you're seeing is likely the controller trying to regulate the motor speed and failing, usually due to a failing component or a short in the motor windings.
you need to look at the LED lights on the sander, they sometimes flash a specific pattern that corresponds to an error code in the manual

The internal setup is basically a controller board, motor windings, and the feedback sensors, checking connections to the motor and ensuring the controller isn’t damaged usually helps

@craftedXhand Unfortunately @Rambutanm4n is right, Mirka doesn’t release internal wiring diagrams publicly and only authorized service centers get them., you can check the basics: look for any loose motor leads, damaged connectors, or carbon buildup near the PCB. But if it’s under warranty, it’s better to send it in
