better material Multi Construction Triangle

do you guys know the Multi Construction Triangle? It is usually made of plastic or aluminum, right?

I'm looking for the one made of stainless steel. Where can I find one of those?

I got curious so I searched on Amazon. and you're right, mostly it's aluminum. I found this stainless rafter's square though for around $15 not sure if that will work for you.

Yeah, most are plastic or aluminum, but stainless steel ones exist, they harder to find though, you can try specialty drafting suppliers or check engineering tools on eBay and sometimes machinist sets include them

Why the specifics for stainless stee?? what's the catch here, is it durability, weight, or something else?
