What do you listen to when working?

Do you have a work soundtrack, could be music, podcasts, audiobooks, or do you prefer the sound of tools doing their thing? I have this crazy guy down the street always says he needs to hear what the wood is telling him so he prefers silence which sounds wise but also means he's probably just avoiding his wife's true crime podcasts haha. Personally I prefer to work with sounds
